Human = Space

Hi! Thank you for visiting my blog!

2026 has started and it is already February!

A lot of people around me tell me that they feel like this year is a new beginning, it's time to open a new door to the new world. I feel the same!

Today's topic is "Human = Space".

I've been wanting to give it a go to explain this concept in English so here I go!

One of my mentors said that human being is a space. A space where you can choose what to have in it.

When I heard this, I thought, "Yeah, I really like this concept!"

She explained this with a simple metaphor: a room. Your room is your 'space'. You decide what to put in it and decorate in the way you like it. You can also remove things that you no longer want or feel unnecessary to have and by doing so it creates a new space for new things and fresh energy to come through.

They say, 'absolutely everything is in the universe', however, as a human being, our space IS limited. We can't hold all of it at the same time.

So, whether we are aware of it or not, we are constantly choosing what occupies our inner space.

Conscious choices matter because when we choose, our focus shifts and our actions change. Even more powerful are the subconscious choices we make. Our subconscious mind is far bigger than our conscious mind and it quietly determines what we allow into our space.

This is one of the reasons why I believe energy works can be so effective and so transformative. It works directly with what's beneath the surface, helping us clear the space and create new space for what we want to hold in our space.

Isn't that great to know ultimately speaking, we can choose whatever we want in our space?!

Interesting things (and really important I feel) I had learnt over the years though is that this doesn't always mean the situation itself would totally change. It could be how you perceive things that makes it feel different.

It's a bit like say you didn't like this particular person initially but as you get to know the person you come to like them or you are having an issue and you feel there is no way to solve it however, when you look from another perspective you realise there are ways to deal with it.

I don't know how well I managed to explain 😆

Anyway, what are you choosing to have in your space as you create the life you want to live?!
